Payment options

Once you’ve chosen your titanium wedding rings and added them to your cart, you may pay using a credit card or a Paypal account by checking out. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to pay with your credit card.  If you prefer to give us credit card information directly, would like to set up a payment plan, or have any questions or concerns, please email us or call (800) 297-6707 or (928) 634-5307.

Shipping

Shipping is free to all U.S. addresses, usually via 3-day U.S. Postal Service.  If you prefer faster shipping with better tracking, contact us for the additional fee.  For shipments to Canada, we charge a $35 flat rate. If you live outside the U.S. or Canada, please contact us directly for information on placing your order and shipping costs.

When will my ring arrive?

Standard orders will usually be shipped within one week of size confirmation (see sizing your ring, below). Custom order shipping times will be determined once the order specifics are finalized.

Contact us for options if you are in a hurry — we offer rush services for an additional charge.

Sizing your ring

You do not need to know your size when placing your order, because we will send you our own sizers to ensure a perfect fit. Read about our 100% guarantee on fit and sizing.

Color, engraving and other customizations

If a ring shows the color you want, simply order that ring. You may specify a different color in your order instructions, or when you give us your ring size. If a ring indicates color is available but color is not shown in the ring picture, contact us before you place your order to find out what options are available for that ring style. All our rings come with complimentary inside-ring engraving. You can give us this engraving in your order instructions, or when you give us your ring size. Learn more about our options for engraving.
